In this role, you will leverage your day-to-day accounting experience to review complex bookkeeping workflows, validate financial data, and train next-generation AI financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping workflows using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, including daily invoicing and bill payments.
Execute accurate monthly bank reconciliations and maintain a clean Chart of Accounts for customers and vendors.
Generate, analyze, and review critical financial reports including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
Audit financial records proactively to identify accounting errors, discrepancies, and workflow inefficiencies.
Collaborate within a digital-first environment to ensure absolute data integrity and adherence to accounting best practices.
Role Requirements
Proven hands-on experience utilizing QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong foundation in professional bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, or corporate finance.
Demonstrated track record in financial reporting, auditing, and multi-account reconciliations.
Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a rigorous commitment to data accuracy.
Background as a Certified Bookkeeper, Accountant, Financial Consultant, or Small Business Owner is highly preferred.
Familiarity with managing multi-client books or complex business entities under strict financial compliance standards.
