Key Responsibilities
AI Training & Dataset Development: Analyze complex legal scenarios across mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and capital markets to build high-fidelity training datasets for AI systems.
Document Annotation & Review: Draft, review, and annotate complex transactional legal documents, providing nuanced legal context and structured data representations.
Litigation Case Analysis: Evaluate commercial litigation cases, distilling critical legal arguments, key facts, and procedural strategies into structured formats.
Corporate Law Insights: Synthesize complex corporate law issues to offer expert guidance on best practices, emerging regulatory trends, and transactional standards.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with AI engineers and technical specialists to convert complex legal reasoning into actionable data inputs for AI model development.
Data Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve ambiguities or inconsistencies in legal source materials to optimize dataset quality and model output reliability.
Model Output Evaluation: Deliver detailed, precise feedback on AI model outputs to maintain rigorous legal accuracy and practical real-world applicability.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Bar Admission: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active bar membership in good standing (U.S. or international equivalent).
Legal Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a practicing corporate attorney specializing in M&A, private equity, capital markets, corporate governance, or commercial litigation.
Analytical Precision: Proven attention to detail with an exceptional ability to synthesize complex transactional materials and legal precedent clearly.
Drafting Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing complex transactional agreements or litigation pleadings.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal reasoning to non-legal technical teams.
Preferred Skills
