Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
ML Model Architecture & Development: Design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
Database & Pipeline Optimization: Leverage MongoDB to structured and un-structured data retrieval, ensuring efficient data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference.
Hyperparameter Tuning & Benchmarking: Conduct rigorous model evaluation, feature engineering, and hyperparameter optimization to maximize performance metrics and model precision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and product teams to integrate ML models into production workflows and refine system architectures.
Data-Driven Insights: Translate raw analytical findings into strategic recommendations and deliver measurable business insights.
Technical Documentation: Maintain transparent, reproducible documentation covering experiments, methodologies, and deployment protocols.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
Core Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python and standard data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
Machine Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Database Management: Demonstrated experience with MongoDB for high-volume data manipulation, indexing, and storage within ML workflows.
Model Evaluation & MLOps: In-depth understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation metrics, cross-validation, and deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ML solutions in dynamic, remote work settings.
