Key Responsibilities
AI Data Evaluation: Review, evaluate, and annotate complex datasets focused on child development and developmental psychology for AI training.
Psychological Insight: Provide expert feedback on model outputs regarding developmental accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and cognitive integrity.
Scenario Development: Design realistic scenarios, behavioral edge cases, and test frameworks grounded in child psychology principles.
Guideline Creation: Establish robust guidelines to help AI models navigate linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial nuances across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with research and engineering teams to translate developmental theory into actionable data requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education: PhD in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a closely related field.
Research Focus: Strong background in research, academic writing, or clinical analysis related to child psychology.
Tech Literacy: Comfort working independently in a remote environment with modern digital platforms and tools.
Multilingual Advantage: High proficiency in languages such as Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Russian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, or Gujarati is highly desirable.
